If fresh fruits and veggies gives you a young and healthy skin then why does my skin not look like a baby bum? I eat tons of fresh fruit and veggies every day, you know I don’t do that cooking thingy, lol. So I honestly can say, it does no such thing, at least it does no such thing for my skin, I still have blemishes, I still get pimples, I still have the same skin I’ve always had, tho. But I love fresh fruits and veggies so I keep eating them anyway.
    much luv, my lovely sis

I have been taking a liquid vitamin from Melaleuca and am not sure if it’s working, but I like it better than a pill or capsule.

I have been working on eating better these days. I definitely see improvement on my skin and of course the kilos. Lol! Heard good things about taking vitamins, but haven’t tried none yet. Thanks for the information, Mz Neti. 🙂
